For 2026, we will still be contracted with most of the medical aids and thus claim the fees of your medical aid. Please confirm that your plan is contracted. Make sure to nominate our practice as your doctor or GP to avoid co-payments.

Make sure that if there are any rejections for exclusions on your medical aid to settle the amount directly afterwards at reception.

Services provided by the nurses: If you don’t consult a doctor on the day, an R40 nursing services fee will be charged. This is directly payable afterwards. We do not claim this from the medical aids.

FAQ's

Are the doctors available after hours?

No we do not open after hours currently, unless the doctor has made a prior arrangement with the patient they should proceed to their nearest emergency centre in the case of an after-hours emergency.

Do the doctors provide general medical check-ups?

Yes these can be booked at reception, its best to do your blood tests before coming to see the doctor. We have sisters that draw blood so patients do not have to drive to the hospital to have blood drawn at the lab.

Do the doctors submit to medical aids?

Yes we submit to most medical aids but please confirm with reception that your current scheme is accepted by the practice.
